Hello everyone. 🌻I Ruchi from India back to part in this new this new contest. It's interesting that during this pandemic we all steemians have got this platform to earn and also to learn from others. I really enjoy reading these contest posts because i get to learn many new things. And this contest about uses of medicinal plants I think this will surely help everyone because i personally feel this is very informative contest and everyone knows that natural things are best remedy and precaution to have. I would like to thank @secretbeauty for organising such interesting contest.

So starting with my contest entry. Here today i am going to share about use medicinal plant which is their in my garden and that will surely helpful for everyone during this pandemic.

SEHUND PLANT 🌿- ABOUT THE PLANT

SAGE PLANT IN MY GARDEN

SEHUND is anti bacterial herb which is Very much in sore throat and cough.There are many herb Which naturally help in our illness. Sehund plant is one of them. I have heard that sehund plant leaves are being used from ancient time to cure cough ,sore throat or digestion or many other problems. I have seen and also used Sehund leaves for curing cough because this is most natural product used in my kitchen get rid of cough. When someone have cough my mother used the leaf of Sehund plant and with two days the cough are spilled out. we hardly use syrup or any medicine to cure cough problems because this natural herb provide so much medicine which we require so it's better to use this natural herb that too from own garden.Today i will share honey sehund syrup. I will tell how to make it at home. It's easy and effective.

SEHUND PLANT

ALL YOU NEED

1. 4-5SEHUND LEAF

2. 1tablespoonHONEY

3. GHEE

PROCESS TO MAKE

📍 Firstly cut the 4-5 fresh leaves from plants .Now wash these leaf in water and wipe the water from clothes

WASHED AND DRIED LEAVES

📍Now on leaf take some little ghee and apply it on the leaves .

APPLY GHEE

📍After that then in hot pan roast the leaves for 2min not more than 2min

ROAST IT FOR 2MIN

SEHUND LEAVES

📍After this take a bowl and then squeeze the juice out the leaves


SQUEEZE IT

📍Now when the juice came out of the leaves in bowl,then add honey or you can also add salt it depends on you .Honey acts more effective in cough so try to use Honey.

MIX HONEY IN SEHUND JUICE

📍Here your sehund honey syrup is ready


SEHUND HONEY CYRUP

NOTE:- YOU CAN HAVE THIS SYRUP EARLY IN THE MORNING WHEN YOU ARE EMPTY STOMACH OR YOU CAN HAVE IN THE NIGHT AFTER 30MIN OF HAVING DINNER

This will help you in cough and sore throat if you consume this regular on your initial days also then you will never face the problem like cough sore throat or digestion. Because this is natural and it won't have any side effects and you will stay away from bacterial effects because this is anti bacterial herb.
