🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥My troublesome yesterday's life-the diary of my life 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Hope you are doing well and enjoying your work life balance.
Here I am presenting my yesterday's diary.
Got a ton of relief after my father discharged from hospital, he was admitted on Saturday night due to breathing problem. We rushed TMH at midnight and admitted him ,he was on oxygen support for 2days,now he is absolutely fine and returned home, we are thankful to almighty for kindness.
I realised hospital life in last 2 3 days, how it becomes hard if anyone from family members git I'll and hospitalized whole family becomes sick after that bcz we have to rush day and night leaving home.

The morning scene was not much pleasant at hospital. Realised the value of good health there, how we are neglecting our health sometimes for impulsiveness of good taste and feelings which opens up the door of hospital.
Many were lying on bed only due lethargic and sedentary life style, I observed there more than 50% were diabetic, talked to some and analysed their lifestyle is only responsible for their bad health. I think regular exercise and healthy diet is must a way of better tomorrow. Although my father's diet is very light but he sit idle more hours.
As it was Saturday so I brought home made Upma(a South Indian dish),he loves it ,my kids assisted him to take. After that my son brought coffee from 2nd floor's vending machine we sipped. Then they took my father for ultrasound where the report was good nothing to worries and yesterday they discharged him . We all took stress free sleep then after two days of sleep less night . Here I shared my views of healthy lifestyle.
