ORAL HYGIENE Contest by Secretbeauty

Hello beautiful people hope you all are doing good.

This is my post on this community for ORAL HYGIENE @secretbeauty and I am very happy to be the part of this contest. Thank you @secretbeauty community for bringing this contest.

ORAL HYGIENE is very important as as we all know.

Just like we clean our body we must clean our teeth. Oral health is equally important for living a healthy life.

Smile is an attractive gesture.

My parents made me clean my teeth two times a day since childhood. This habit is continued till now. Starting the day by brushing my teeth to ending the day with cleaning flossing my white teeth. I use an Ayurvedic toothpaste. I am sharing the picture of it.

My parents use to say teeth should be shiny like pearl as it makes your smile more attractive. After throughly brushing my teeth I gently i use flossing and end it with mouth cleanser. I will continue this habit in future also. Alone brushing your teeth will not help you. So never forget to floss and use mouth wash after it.

Once in a week I try home remedy for teeth whitening where are some of the home remedy for teeth whitening:-

1. baking soda
2. lemon juice

Take half tablespoon of baking soda add few drops of lemon juice in at mix both the ingredients together clean brush and take this paste on it and brush your teeth.
Try this remedy once in a week for teeth whitening and let me know the result.
