"You are what you eat " and Your Health is Your Wealth" ---- These line Prove that eating health food is Very Important and which makes you Happy and you will feel fresh.

Today i will share 7 Food which makes you health and Happy at the same time.

1.Bananas

Everyone knows that bananas are rich in potassium but it also contains tryptophan which helps you to regulate your mood. Not only this but Bananas are also rich in B vitamin folate which also helps you to control depression, so what are you waiting for start using it?

2.Dark Chocolate

Chocolates are one of such things that hardly someone does not like it. Chocolate is a good antioxidant and controls your stress hormone cortisol which helps you to control your stress and makes you happy

3.Turmeric

Turmeric is such a thing that is used in our home from a long time. It is used in our home as a spice that gives our curry its color. Turmeric contains curcumin, which contains anti-inflammatory properties and is a very good antioxidant. It can help you to cure burns, boils, and fights against depression. It can help you with your heart-related problem.

4.Apples

Apples are my favorite fruits. I started eating apples when I heard that an apple a day keeps the doctor away and it's true because apples are a good source of fiber and antioxidants. It's can improve your skin, reduces puffy eyes, and treat the acne-related problem, diabetes, and heart disease. It can improve your gut health and help you in weight loss.

5.Spinach

Spinach is one of the best green vegetables. It is rich in Vitamin-C, Vitamin-B, and vitamins such as A, E, and K, and calcium and magnesium, which help to improve your skin texture, hair, and eyesight.

6.Black Beans

Beans are rich in Vitamin A, Calcium, folate, Magnesium, Iron, and potassium. It is magnesium-rich which helps to increase the happiness hormone-like serotonin which plays a key role in the functioning of sleep, digestion, and mood. Black Beans are rich in antioxidants which help you to control heart disease, cancer, and weight loss.

7.Beetroot

Beetroot is a taproot of the beet plant. It can be eaten raw as a salad and you can use it as a juice. It is rich in vitamins like Vitamin B9, and Vitamin C and minerals like manganese, Potassium, and Iron. It also contains carbs and fiber. If you use it as juice it can give you the benefits like an increase in stamina, prevention of cancer, weight loss, and control of cholesterol.

Conclusion:-

It's is very important to eat health food. If we eat healthy food it will help us to stay healthy, it will make us happy at the same time. So eat healthy stay healthy and happy.
