Hi guys how are you all doing I hope you all are doing well, in today's fictional contest #3 organized by @dove11 in the India Speaks community and I really thank him for all his good works and contribution to this amazing community

In today's contest couple with the theme of the day which is "If you have a chance to travel to a mysterious distant planet" it's time to let our imagination go wild and wide beyond our world and into another planet. And I really hope you all like my entry.

The story is all about John an undergraduate who had a big dream of becoming an astronaut so as to travel to space 🌌 but at some point it seems to be impossible because everyone around him didn't support him aside from his mother Sarah.

Still with his big ambitions to travel to space John worked tirelessly and strive to be the best and he did a lot of research about space and space life because he believed that aliens are real, to his friends and the people around him, when he talks about aliens there will all look at him as if he is crazy.

So ten years after his graduation 🎓 when all hopes seems to be lost and his mother tried talking him out of being an astronaut telling him that there are many jobs and professions out there but he told his mother that he wants to be an astronaut then his mom said "I support your decision 100% since that's what you want" while a lot of people were still making fun of his big dreams.

Then finally after ten years he was offered a job at the Apollo 3 space unit as an engineer which his mother told him about and he started as a space ship engineer which he worked there for 5 years but due to his expertise and understanding of space life and ships he was then appointed as one of the onboard members that will be visiting a newly discovered planet called radle which is 100,000 miles away from earth 🌎 because according to his tiredless research he came to discover that there is life they on the planet and he presented his research to the Apollo 3 space unit chairman councils and they believe him and prepared to launch on a mission to space 🚀.

When it was time to launch the hold world 🌎 saw John (the little ambitious dreamer who wanted to go to space) and is mom was so happy because his son's dreams has come to reality and all of those that made mockery of him were all surprise.

JOHN was among the three pilot that embarked on mission to a planet called radle there was the chief pilot (Joshua), the ace pilot (Sam) and the engineer and also the navigation officer (John) and as the hole world was watching they launch to space on a journey to another planet.

John was still in shock because he couldn't believe that he has finally made it to space and after 7 earthly days traveling at about 1000km per hour they finally landed on the planet called radle, it was a little bit smaller than the size of earth 🌍 and behold there was water and where there's water there is life 🧬, and there were little harmless creatures roaming the planet at that point John fell to his knees and cried for he knew that out of doubt he has made the greatest discovery of all time and the only thing he said was "thank you mommy for believing in me".

Line of the day....
"The sympathy of a mother to her son, is safer than a bulletproof vest"
