My dear friends, I hope you all are doing good. I always believe that we should express our feelings without any fear.

Generally people pretend themselves, and oiling others to get success;

but I always believe if I will follow the path of honesty then atleast I could be clear to the almighty and in my conscience.

I can only perform my part and rest keep on almighty. Sometime, I also feel bad because I am also a human being.

That emotions are natural I believe. We all need motivation and appreciation to grow up.

When we give our best several times and don't get that much appreciations that often demotivate us and we lost the courage that we were carried with us.

If we want fresh fruits and flowers we need to take care of plants in proper way. In our life journey we also need some motivations.

Whether it is about our personal life or it is about our professional life. When a person work with all his/her efforts that should be appreciated.

A plant become tree when the root of the plan become stronger.

So if we want to get success then we need to understand that we have to concentrate on the root.

If I would say about this platform then before creating any rules, first curators should find out some authentic writers;
who are working honestly and surviving with the earnings from their writings.

We can follow everything in two conditions, the first thing when our stomach is filled with food and second one when we get rewarded for our hard work.

Rest will automatically happened with the time.

I believe because of the workers,

I am disheartened and I believe like me several other writers are looking forward the same.
