Friends are very welcome to all of you in my first post. Today is the first day of my #steemit's post. I still did not know how to write a post and how to engage on #steemit. But my friend @alfazmalek has taught me smoothly and I am sharing my first post with you guys today after learning with him. Friends, my name is @Pascals and I am working with alpha. My routine and alfazmalek's routine remain the same. So let's start your post with new energy, a new dream and a new day and with a new post.

PHOTOGRAPHY OF FLOWERS
I got up early this morning friends. I first brushed and worshipped God. I worship God every day in the morning and pray for the people. So even today I went to do yoga in the garden after praying to God like my routine. Then I did yoga with my trainer and did some turmeric exercises. Very beautiful flowers were visible in the garden, so today I did the photography of beautiful flowers. I love to do photography of flowers and roses are very popular flowers. Roses are very pleasing to the mind of people and I also like to do photography of roses.
PIZZA
Today was Saturday and today was my evening duty. There are not many patients on Saturday. That's why all of us group members had a pizza party today. Today in the afternoon I had left for work. On the way, I changed my clothes and met my friends. Then we all had our favourite pizza together and I ordered it from Zomato. The pizza was delivered in no time. All of our friends ate pizza and had a lot of fun. In the evening time, about 7 patients, and about 2 patients had come. Then I left to go home. We shifted him to the intensive care unit for emergency treatment.
ATTEND A SEMINAR
After going home, I took a shower and then attended an online seminar. This was a seminar related to heart disease. Then I studied for some time. I also have a lot to study, so I keep studying mostly in my free time too.
LUNCH : HALF FRY EGG
It was nighttime, so I went out with my friends. I had dinner outside with my friends. Today we had ordered half fry together. Then all of our friends had come to our respective homes. So, friends, this is how my day ended today.
