Diary game with cake recipe by @parineeta

Hello my dear friends, I welcome you to my post again. I expect that everything goes well in your life. I am also good.

Today i am going share a recipe of delicious cake and share my activity of the day. Hope you all like it.

Today I woke up early, beacause i have some task in my balcony garden. The morning was so sunny, I am scared about the day how hot it will be.

After fresh & up i went to the balcony and saw that a planter fall down from the stand due to the wind of last night and messed up my balcony and plants.

I decided to clean it first. So i clean all the mess and wanted to repot the plant but I didn't have extra planter with me so i keep aside the plant.Thinking of doing some creativity for a making planter. I was already late to make breakfast for us.

I took bath and rushed to the kitchen and make simple breakfast bread omelette and tiffin for my son as he has school today.

My son and husband took bath and get ready for the school. They have done their breakfast and went to school. My husband drop our son to school on his way to office.

I also done my breakfast and and decided to make a diy with an old paint bucket.

First i have cleaned the bucket and paste a wrapping on the bucket with the help of glue. And finally put waterproof varsnish to it and repoted my beautiful plant there.

Diy is the best way to recycle objects instead of wasting money
in buying new things. We can do some creativity and made best out of waste items.

It's almost 11 o' clock. Then my husband called me and said he will do his lunch outside.

So i decided to make simple fish fry daal and rice.My husband drop my son home.

It's too hot i bathed my son again.And we both did our lunch.

My son told me to made a cake, because he wanted to eat the cake from few days.

Ingredients

• 2 cup of all purpose flour
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• Water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

So let's start my simple and easy Cake recipe

Step1

Mix all the dry ingredients with the help of whisker until it's fully combined .

Now add oil into the dry mix Bowl . Continue to mix until no lumps remains and the mixture become crumbly .

Now pour egg whites, and mix it until just incorporated. Mix the milk in two installments .

Add vanilla extract and again mix it until it fully in corporated.Make sure there is no lumps in the cake batter.

Step2

Then preheat the oven and take a cake tin and greese it with oil.

Transfer the cake batter to the cake tin and bake it for 30-35 minutes.

check with a toothpick, if it's come out clean then our cake is cooked. Then left it to cool for ten minutes.

And cut the cake in 2 layer for icing. On another side i took whipped cream and beat it using electric beater. I beat the cream for about 15 minutes until it peaks the stiff.

My son doesn't like plain cake so i had to prepare a creamy icing cake . So I have learn cake icing in lockdown time from youtube videos.

For icing i always use to prefer frozen whipped cream of any brand available in my nearby supermarket. I took out the whipped cream from freezer before 2 hours.

I used a star shape nozzle and piping bag to make design for the cake i don't have all the food colours as i am not a professional.I got blue colour in my nearby shop .

After taking short nap my son done his homework .I offered him a piece of cake he feels very happy and ate the cake .

It was 4 pm then. I went to watered the plant.

     Evening sky

It almost 5 o'clock. I Watered all the plants and flowers.

The humidity is very high. The day was also very sunny and warm. So after watering the the plant I took bath and drink a cup of tea with the piece of cake and play with my son and talk with him about his friends about his school.

Now it's time to prepare dinner my husband is already home. Today I decided to made simple veg fried rice with leftover rice. Because of heat it's impossible to cook so much of dishes.

After cooking i ironed my son's school uniform and check his bag and home work books to ensure that everything is done. So it will be easy for tomorrow.
