I wake up every morning at 5:30.
after that i heat the water then when my water gets hot So after drinking it went to get being fresh

Then after that I went for a walk on the banks of the Ganges and I was feeling very good there, I exercise there for at least half an hour, after that I go to my room from there, we also have our center in the same flat. Let me tell you something about the center, after that I will tell you something else, in that we work on the health of the people, we work to reduce obesity or increase weight, then after that I clean the center before taking a bath, then after that I Went to bathe, I took a bath till about 7:30, then worshiped, then it was time to open our center at 8:00, I got ready and went to the center, then I also saw my weight which was 53kg and I Right now I have a target of 7kg which is very important for my body.
Along with fitting the logo, I also fit myself. And in this center I and I have two elder brothers who run this center together with all three of us.

After that the timing of our center lasts from 8:00 to 10:30 and I closed the center on my time, after that all three of us start preparing for cooking, today we had made 4 things to eat rice, Dal, roti, vegetables which were made very tasty, my Shivam brother was also praising the food, which I liked to hear and I would like to do like this every day.
By about 11:30, our food was ready, after that we started our regular time at 12 o'clock.
Then after having dinner, we went to the terrace and took a short walk, then I rested for an hour, after that I did some work on the laptop. After that we go out for the market and in that market we invite people to come to our center and also tell about the people who come to our center, we help their health to reduce weight or gain weight. We help and there are many results also inside our center and those who come to our center are very happy to get changes in their body and we also get their blessings which we like very much. Then we decided to have a party today and we started preparing to make paneer, baati, both Krishna Bhaiya and Shivam Bhaiya went to Paneer Lane again and I started cutting vegetables to put in it.
