Today we will talk about Chaiti Chhath festival.

I would like to point out that my home is 40km away. And I am completely new here and the festival also seemed new to us. In our place, which is Chhath Puja celebrated a few days after the Diwali festival. Which is celebrated only once in a whole year, and I will talk about Buxar, the Chhath festival is celebrated twice here. The one I told And the one that I see here in this. This festival is known as Chaiti Chhath, on such a day I am seeing puzzle times in my life.

When I went to the Ganges Ghat to exercise and run in the morning, there was something else to see. I saw that all the people were taking their own places to worship on the steps on the banks of the Ganges.
Although I didn't know anything about it. Why are these people doing this. Then I asked one person enough information about this festival which is as follows.

Fair held at the ghat. Everyone is enjoying the festival very much.

Why do we celebrate Chaiti Chhath.
Being in the month of Chaitra, it is known as Chaiti Chhath. Much has been heard about Chhath falling in the month of Kartik, but few people know about Chhath of Chaitra month. Although this Chhath is also considered equally important and special.

Ganga Ghat is full of devotees.

In the holy time of Chaitra month, in which the holy festival of Navratri is celebrated, in the middle of this, another special tradition is seen in Bihar, Bengal and even Nepal. Actually, during this Chhath Puja, that is, Suryashthi fasting is done. Chhath Mata and Suryadev are also worshiped in this fast. The legislation is exactly the same. The fast is started with Nahay-Khay and Kharna, followed by offering Arghya to Suryadev for two days in the evening and morning.
