What is nutrition:-
If the human body continues to get nutrition, then the human body is always balanced, whenever there is a lack of nutrition in the human body, then the human body becomes imbalanced.

Nutrition means nutrients such as proteins, vitamins, amino acids, fiber, calcium, iron, and many other nutrients together are known by one name and it is called nutrition.

Nutrition is what keeps the human body balanced.
Due to lack of nutrition, the human body becomes unbalanced and imbalance means many diseases.
For example, problems like sugar, blood pressure, thyroid, cancer, knee pain, uric acid, joint pain, paralysis, aging, reading wrinkles and obesity start happening.

3- Carbohydrates
4- Fiber

Vitamins and minerals,protin,fiber,watar

Less exercise and a stable lifestyle are the main causes of obesity.
Due to unbalanced behavior and mental stress, people start overeating, which causes obesity.
"Symptoms of Obesity:-"
Obesity brings many changes in life at physical and mental level.
Due to which its symptoms are reflected in the person.
But many times people do not give importance to them, and do not take any advice about it, which is harmful to their health in the future.

breathlessness:-
Frequent breathing problems are a symptom of obesity which can be due to many reasons.

Increased sweating :-
Sudden frequent sweating also indicates that the person is suffering from obesity.
Snoring:-
Generally, people suffering from obesity are sleepy and can be seen snoring a lot, as obesity increases, this problem increases even more.

Decreased physical activity:-
Being unable to do any physical activity normally is also a cause of obesity.

Feeling very tired every day :-
Experiencing fatigue, usually without any extra workload, is also considered a symptom of obesity.

Back and joint pain can be seen in common in people suffering from obesity problem.

Decreased self-confidence and self-esteem: - Due to the experience of this, there is a decrease in the ability to do any work due to problems and there is no self-confidence, due to which there is a decrease in self-esteem.

Feeling Lonely :-
It is common to experience loneliness in obesity, due to physical changes, people feel isolated and isolated from themselves.

Sleeping less than required :-
If we sleep more than necessary, then this is also a big symptom of our obesity.

Obesity related problems:-
Obesity causes many health problems, including type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, heart disease, depression, joint pain, arthritis, sleep apnea, and many more.
