Community proposals for the Steemit Development Incentive Program
Hello everyone this is @monz122 from India hope you people are doing great and enjoying your days happily so I am here for a special purpose and my main focus will be community proposals for steemit development. Keeping in mind few points from my side today I will be putting up my thoughts in the post.
Have you ever wondered why there are less Indians on this platform compared to any other countries? And how can we bring more Indians on this platform!
First of all in India only 15 to 20% population knows about this decentralised platform so here I will be mentioning few points through which we can invite our country people.
• gifting steem tokens to the people on special occasions and explaining them their value : I would like to people to start a new tradition of gifting Steems tokens on occasions like birthdays or any special occasions or festivals.
• explaining people the future of Steemit blockchain through youth of India :Majority of the Indians does not know about this platform and even if some people knows about the same they take least interest.
• distribution of steem tokens among larger group of people will also help in decreasing the domination done by small group of people holding large number of steem tokens.
• many of the youth will have an additional work opportunity which will definitely help in the growth of the economy and development of this platform too.

I would like to initiate a movement in which I will bring a group of people who will be the youth of our country below I will discuss the motive of bringing the youth who will help to spread this platform among more people through social media or real life.
Running this community with maximum number of Indians who can provide plagiarism free quality contents is the motive of mine.
How can we start the development of a community ?
By bringing genuine social workers or youth of India on this platform and running a program about awareness of this platform and the future and by arranging seminars starting from small numbers to increasing the numbers we can definitely achieve our goals.
I want to start this new initiative but for this I will definitely need the support of you people not only me but the newbies who will come to the platform.
From next week I will be arranging a small get together with the students of Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) and will ask them to join this platform as well as bring their friends on this platform too.
My soul motive is to bring more and more people on this platform and make #SteemIndia a large and I would like to invite @hungry-griffin, @blacks and @rme for supporting me in this project and I will be giving you timely update for the same.

I like your idea of "gifting people on special occasions", birthdays maybe but not festivals lol,
I wish it could be possible. but come on guys, this is unfair, India has many festivals compared to other countries(I'm jocking :D )
Expanding your network could be possible
by inviting people around you (family members, neighbourhood, friends, classmates, colleagues, customers (as you mentioned in your post)
I notice that you are targeting only indians, do you need any help from other countries? I volunteer, I guess I may help in such initiatives ;)
wanna ask you about the percentages you gave in the begining (in India only 15 to 20% population knows about this decentralised platform))
do you know that this percentage represent between 207M and 276M(as India's population is 1.38B) => which is a huge community!!
from where did you get this number?I don't know if we can have these statistics from steemit
Also, when you are talking about steem India, are you targeting indians from all over the world? or you will settle for India only.
at the end, it's always very good to show admiration and respect to encourage people to do their best and steemit excel in this :)
