I hope you all are fit & fine. Summer days have been started and everyone needs care of his/her body and health. Now a days we needs proper hydration. And we can keep us hydrated through consumption of vegetables and juices. Exposing to sun may be serious issue now a days. So keep yourself away from sun and take fluid as much as possible.

Today is April Fool day.....did you make someone fool today

So yesterday morning I woke up by 7 am as I had slept late last night. I had studied for late and talked to one of my friend.
Getting fresh I put my clothes in bucket. I had some clothes to wash. I washed them and hung on rope.

Later I ironed my T-shirt 👕 and wore it. I went in the centre where Shivam and Pankaj were attending club members. We had 2 new visitors. It seems they were quite interested in fat loss program.

Finishing our club session we came back to our flat and started preparing lunch for ourselves. I had taken my breakfast already today so I ate very little. I had managed to have breakfast when I was off the centre. Having our meal we walked. I opened my phone and started scrolling down. I slept for an hour then. Later I was made wake up by Harsh. I taught him.

Later we three went to visit bridge which was being constructed on the Ganga. I clicked some pics there. We stayed there for half an hour and then we came back. We met some people and told them about our weight loss program.

We came home by 7 pm. We had some conversations in the centre for half an hour. Later we went to prepare dinner for us. We ate our dinner. Then we walked for a few minutes and then we watched videos on youtube. Later I did some study and then went to bed.
