I loved the fact that you cleared the things you won't do before you talked about the things you planned to do.
The things I really liked about your writing is that it shows how a person can spend their last few hours praying and spending time with their family without them knowing what you are going through.
Even though you have mentioned everything well, I think you could make your last day more useful to the people around you. Why I am saying this? Because even though you have accepted your fate, and have left all the other feelings behind, you still are trying your best to keep these feelings to yourself and be alone.
This is my personal opinion and I really honor your decisions but you could plan to be of help to your society in your last few hours by showing love to the needy or maybe offering clothes, food or compassion towards the poor. Maybe donating something you love preciously to the needy. All of these are just opinions and are not something you MUST do.

Your last paragraph, showing love, spend time with families, charity , helping the society are things we have to do when we have strength. Imagine carrying things to an orphanage few minutes or die there.
Thats why now that i have strength, i do charity services such as vaccination thats helping my community, i spend time with families when i am opportunes, these are the things that makes me feel like im living a life, i can struggle to do all these at the end because to be i do them daily when im opportune
