All human beings at some point in life become demotivated when something does not go as we think or think. There it is necessary to know what behavior we could follow to stay motivated and thus achieve our goal that is our fullness.

What is motivation:


According to psychology, it expresses that motivation is an internal state that activates, directs and maintains the behavior of the person towards certain goals or ends; it is the impulse that moves the person to perform certain actions and persist in them for their completion. Motivation is what gives energy and direction to behavior, it is the cause of behavior.

Suggestions to keep us motivated:


Understand that life has ups and downs.

Many times things do not go as we wish, there our mind brings thoughts of defeat, urgency to abandon, fear and constant worry, that is when we must manage these thoughts so that they do not affect us, think objectively, do not worry if not occupy ourselves since with worrying we will not solve anything but we affect our health since it generates stress, lowers our defenses in the immune system.

Save your physical and psychic energy

It is related to the first point and is that we must save our energies and not waste it, sleep and do not miss the night, take care of using your time in things that will take away the physical and psychic energy that is to think about the worst.

Push away negative thoughts:


The human being always tends to have negative thoughts, we must counteract them with thoughts of strength, of hope knowing that there is no evil that lasts a thousand years. Don't waste time complaining that robs you of energy and doesn't solve anything.

Act wisely:

Trying to act objectively non-emotionally, sometimes emotions lead us to make decisions that we can later regret, the main thing is to act to try to solve the problem.

Recreate:

walking, seeing nature and changing the environment or maintaining social relationships with positive people help you get relief in the mental state, dance, love, do different things, change your landscape or views. You have a life, treat yourself well.

Exercise

Exercise has calming effects, oxygenates the blood, decreases stress and helps to fall asleep in addition to improving the body's defenses.

Passion is the engine that leads us to achieve the greatest feats, do what you like to do so we get a State of Flow that according to psychologists allows us to perform at our best so that until we lose track of time, when you are really good at something there you can get the best out of you.

Do different things to have different results:


Conformism must be countered with the willingness to do, create or simply change our attitude to obtain a different result. Change is a necessary step to improve.

Have realistic goals:


Make your goals big enough to inspire you but that they are achievable and reasonable, many times we have goals that instead of motivating us comes to demotivate us because of the difficulty of achieving them. Step by step you get far, everything is a process nothing is fast.

Read books that help motivate you or look for the spiritual

The reading of motivation books is strengthening us internally, also the spiritual fills a lot, positive music generates good effects in our body.

It is necessary to have the intrinsic motivation that is that internal motivation that comes from within but also to have the extrinsic motivation that are those external factors or people that help us stay motivated.
