Every electronic and electrical machines need the power source. Many of the machines required the battery for their working. That battery occupies the major space in that and the weight of the battery also high for example the laptop and the smart phone. The display of the phone and laptop becoming thin but the battery size is not considering this scientist discovered the PAPER BATTER.

The paper battery is like the thin sheet it is foldable it can be used as the both battery and the super capacitor. It is made by the combination of nanotubes and nano-composite paper. The nanotubes is made up of carbon and the nano-composite is made up of cellulose. The carbon nanotube is used as the cathode and the lithium metal is used as anode. There are several electrolytes are used they are blood, urine and sweat these are called as the bio-electrolytes.

The working of the paper battery is started when it is dipped in iron based liquid then there is the electricity is generated. By placing the multi layer of batteries over the top it can easily increase the overall output. We can fold and cut the battery without affecting on its efficiency. Paper battery generates 1.5V electricity. In upcoming days using this thin and weight less phone can be created.

Then in future it can be used in the automobile sector after some upgrading. The main demerit of the paper battery is the carbon nanotubes are expensive. The e-waste of the paper battery contain more carbon so it affect the lungs if we inhale it. There is both advantages and disadvantages in all the invention. We must take the safety precautions while using this.
