The Diary Game| 25-June-2024|Severe Muscular Pain | Hopefully recover soon 💐

Unfortunately, my right hand is in severe Muscular pain that it has become difficult for me to gain even a little weight or write blogs on Steemit in detail. It is very difficult to bear the pain of the muscular pain especially if it is in your right hand because it is with all the hands of your life and it is very difficult for you to work when it hurts in your hand. We do activities all the day from our right hand. For healthy lifestyle, our own health should be fit and fine.

After a Eid-ul-Adha, Engagement becomes more. Guests are also invited for dinners. Everyone likes meat in food. If our health improves, we will also make others good food with our own hands. That's why we should take care of ourselves for being happy to see others.

After having breakfast this morning , I helped my mother in law's to washing clothes at afternoon time then I made spinach and meat in lunch and together I made hot bread and ate with my family but in the evening the pain of my hand became high and then I had to go to the doctor to check.

In the evening when the children wake up, then the children were ready quickly and took the children and we went to the doctor. The doctor did a complete check up. He was my husband childhood friend. According to the doctor, this is a muscular pain and it will take a week to recover and said that change a bandich daily and they also recommended medicine. As soon as they put a bandage on my hand by applying prescripted oil , my hand was very calm.

When I came home, I showed my hand to my mother in law and said that the doctor said rest for a week, then the mother said that there is no need to work at all. I have made food and take it up and take food from us tomorrow too. I really appreciate her love and kind feelings for me. I came to my portion safely and my husband brought the bread from outside and we all ate together and then fell asleep peacefully. The woman at home takes care of everyone and takes care of everybody. When she gets sick, she doesn't even take care of others again and I pray that I get well soon so that I can take care of my children and all my family again.
