Hello Everyone!

This is my first post in this community and I see this topic today I want to write on this topic because when I am in the 3rd semester of my study then I study about sugar in detail and how it is made.

Now when I study this then step by step impurities remove and after that we achieve cubes of sugar and then further purifier then we attain white pure sugar but fact about sugar is that some impurities remain in sugar that's why sugar is not good for health.

Now I share my experience about sugar sometimes when I take sugar in the morning without eating other things then in this case my blood pressure goes down and I feel so sick but that's why I don't prefer to take sugar early in the morning.

Now,I see your questions and explain it one by one:

Do you know how much sugar you consume per day?

Yes I know how much sugar i take daily because I'm very choose about my diet and it's not wrong to say that I'm very diet consious because when I take sugar in not knowing quantity then I feel lazzy and I also gain weight.I don't know it's happening with you or not but it's happening with me that's why I take very small quantity almost 1 and half spoon of sugar in coffee because I'm a coffee aduct that's why I take sugar only in coffee otherwise I avoid sugar.

In starting i like cake and eat so many things that include very large amount fo sugar the big thing that we use in daily life that is coke, everyone want to drink coke that contain 16 spoons sugar in only one glass that is very large amount of sugar and everyone drink 1 or 2 glass of coke easily and childrens like so many sweet things that are harmful for health.

Do you have a family member who has problems with diabetes?

My parents are not diabetes patient but my all uncles and ants have diabetes patients and they use insulins on daily bases and avoid all kind of sugars if they want sweet then they use very small amount of sweet because the low of sugar and high of sugar both are very dangerous.

Have you had a problem with sugar?

Yes I don't like sugar because I have so many issues with sugar i suggest that use of honey instead of sugar that is beneficial and give sweet taste both.Now first issue is I gain weight when I eat sugar so much.2nd issue is when I take sugar in morning then I feel sick and my blood pressure goes to down and Third is I feel lazy when I take sugar so much that's why I avoid it.

What do you think about sugar as the worst enemy?

Yes I strongly believe that sugars are not good for health and avoid this as soon as possible use honey instead of sugar because sugar takes harms but some people take sugars on daily bases and have no health issue that's why I don't tell this harmful for any one it's depend on the condition of your health some people take sugar and feel energetic but I share only my experience.

I've heard say that having sweet breakfast can cause anxiety for the rest of the day. In your case it makes your blood pressure go down, I know what it feels like, is not good. We were created as the same "machine" but every body responds differently.

The good thing is that you understand that what matters is being careful about what we eat that can have much added sugar.

Siento mucho que tengas ese problema con el azúcar y sin duda, es algo muy incómodo porque, impide que podamos disfrutar ampliamente pensando en que nos puede hacer daño o en su defecto, hay que comerlo con mucho límite para evitar emproblemarnos más de lo que ya estamos.

There are very rare who know the amount of sugar that they intake. There are so many things that we intake on daily bases. Indeed sugar is not bad thing but it's excessive use is bad for health. Good luck with the contest.
