I would tell you something.
Our culture greatly influences how we see a healthy weight. In some places, you have to be so curvy to be considered healthy. Some of these ladies end up pumping in so much kilos just to stay voluptuous.
In the end, this unchecked weight gain attracts serious health conditions such as obesity, fatty liver diseases and even high blood pressure.
Meanwhile,
Congratulations on gaining your ideal weight. It must have been difficult to deal with the body shaming earlier but I am glad that you have been able to overcome that finally.
One thing I learned is that a healthy weight is never defined by the amount on flesh or pounds on the body. And that we can maintain a body weight like yours and still be healthy.
