Greetings from here my fellow steemains, I'm so delighted sharing my thoughts concerning this beloved topic family planning,

Basically this is for married couples and this is one of the best way to stop too much of child bearing.

What is Family planning, and what are the benefits of family planning for individuals and society?

From my own understanding I will say that family planning my be defined as the process by which a couple agreed on the number of children they intend to have at a particular pirod of time.
I will be leasting some of the benefits of family planning.

• it helps to prevent unexpected or unwanted pregnancy.

• it also reduce the possibility of couples been inflicted from some diseases like sexual transmitted disease [STDs].

• the most important one is that it helps to prevent death , in as much as to increase the lifespan of the couples.

How does family planning contribute to sustainable development and environmental conservation?

Yes family planning really helps in sustaining the development of the family, reasons because they low rate of children helps the family from consuming a lot of things like food, shelter, and many more of them.

It also makes the family look very healthy and not sufring from lack of some Important needs and wants that may be of use on a particular time.

What are the different methods of family planning available, and how do they work?

Basically for me there are many methods of family planning, but it depends on the one the couples intend to use.

• RHYME METHOD OR SAFE PERIOD: this method is simply meant for the wife, it involves calculating the safe period for each woman ,

To avoid getting pregnant a woman should not have intercourse with a man during fertile.

• STERILISATION: this is the process whereby couples do not want more children, at this method you will see that it is irreversible method, meaning that once this is been done it can never be replaced at all.

And for this to happen it has to undergoes some operations from a medical doctor, and this requires the remover of the sperm duct from the man and cutting of oviduct from woman .

What are the economic implications of family planning on households and communities?

The implications of family planning on household are it helps the young women that are married to have the privilege to forward there education in as to be employed, by that it will help the family source.

In the aspect of community it makes the community to have reliable home and a unique household.
