It's like building a strong foundation for a house; if the foundation is weak, the whole structure crumbles eventually

A good life starts with a good foundation right from the base with our parents. It's unfortunate we live in society where we find so many persons who don't bother about hygiene and sanitation. We find children and adults living rustic lives which makes you sick because you know implications. Caring for our personal hygiene is of utmost importance to everyone which we must not neglect no matter what.

I recall a time when I neglected my hygiene while traveling, and it resulted in a nasty bout of illness that ruined the trip.

Oooppsssssyyy!!!! Sorry about that. I can imagine traveling in a bad shape. I have had that before but mine resulted from eating something which my system didn't want . I was so uncomfortable throughout the journey

As parents and adults we need to bring up our children in examplary ways that they won't depart from. Children only replicate what the see us do. So teaching them good hygiene practices will enable them grow to do it and teach their junior ones too.
