What is aging?

Aging refers to the process of becoming older over time encompassing both physical and psychological changes that occur as individuals advance in age.

Q.1 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Gerontology is the medical process behind aging.Aging is a complex biological process influenced by various factors including genetics, lifestyle and environment. It involves gradual decline in physiological functions and tissue repair leading to increased susceptibility to diseases. While aging begins at the cellular level from birth, noticeable changes typically start around middle age, generally around 40-50 years old.

Q.2 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

No Iam not afraid of getting older. It is a natural process of life. As a Muslim I believe in Allah's plan which includes aging and eventually passing away. Aging happens to everyone but we can make it easier by eating well, staying active and taking care of ourselves through things like exercise, yoga and regular walks.

Q.3 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

Sure here are three nutritional items that can help prevent aging:

Berries: They are packed with antioxidants that fight aging by reducing oxidative stress.
Fatty Fish: Rich in omega-3 fatty acids they help reduce inflammation and keep skin youthful.
Leafy Greens: Loaded with vitamins mineralsi and antioxidants they promote healthy skin and protect against age-related damage.

Certainly! Here are three exercises that can help you look young even as you age:

Yoga: Helps improve flexibility, posture and relaxation, promoting a youthful appearance.

Strength Training: Builds muscle mass boosts metabolism and enhances bone density keeping you strong and toned.

Cardiovascular Exercise: Increases blood flow oxygenation and endorphin release resulting in a radiant complexion and overall vitality.
