In today's busy, fast-paced life, in the race to earn money, most people are not able to take proper care of their body, and keep struggling with different types of muscle pain.
What do you understand by muscle pain?
Muscle pain, also known as myalgia, can be caused by injury, infectious diseases or other health problems. It can be chronic and can also occur throughout the body. It can also be incurable pain.
Its intensity varies from person to person. Everyone can experience muscle pain. Muscle pain can feel tender, or stiff. It can also occur in one place in the body or throughout the body. It can also be accompanied by tingling or numbness in the body.
Write the causes of muscle pain.
The most common causes of muscle pain are stress, overwork, high-speed sports, and minor injuries. Muscle pain is usually limited to only a few muscles or a small part of our body. And muscle pain felt throughout the body is often caused by an infection, such as the flu.
Write the common symptoms of muscle pain.
The symptoms of pain may vary depending on the severity of the injury. Redness or bruising in the body. Limited movement of our activities. Muscle cramps, swelling, muscle weakness. Dizziness, tingling, irritability due to severe pain. Lack of interest in any work.
Tell some remedies to cure muscle pain.
We should avoid doing activities that put pressure on our muscles, and should take breaks to rest in between.
Ice or cold compress should be applied on the painful muscles for 10-15 minutes to reduce swelling.
Heat or heating pad should be applied on the painful muscles to increase blood flow and relax it.
Pain relievers like aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen should be taken to reduce pain and swelling, but do not make them a habit.
Massage the painful muscles to relieve tension and restore blood flow. Gently stretch the sore muscles to improve flexibility and reduce pain.
Drink plenty of fluids before and after exercise to avoid muscle cramps.
Get enough sleep and avoid stress.
Topical pain relievers or natural remedies such as apple cider vinegar, clove oil can be used.
