My healthy lifestyle to mentain my health issues.

Hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. Today I'm sharing my healthy diary game with you. Today is Sunday an off day so my day was full of different healthy and unhealthy activities. Let's start today's diary.
Morning started as usual with fajar prayers. After prayer I went upstairs to roof for morning walk. Now days I'm facing some health issues due to my heavy weight so from two days I have started adopting healthy lifestyle that will InshaAllah help to retain my health.
I walk at roof in morning around 30min. Then I took care of plants, actually my daughter like plant and bought many but she's now very much busy in her studies. Most of flowering plants have vanished. I
I went down from roof I was feeling fresh and light. My husband was hungry he demanded for breakfast. I boiled eggs for myself and fried eggs with paratha for husband. I'm avoiding oily foods due to health issues so I took boiled eggs. I don't like boiled eggs but I took to improve my health. Tea complete my breakfast. It's not bad actually, after eating I felt satisfied and light.
After breakfast I watched TV and started my Curation with @sc06 account. After 2 hours I started house chores. My kids woke up I made breakfast for them. At morning in vacations it's very difficult task to got up children at morning and fed them at time. With breakfast I made mango shake for kids.
At noon I offered zuhar prayers and ate lunch. Today I did washing of clothes so I was very tired today. For lunch I made daal chawal (lentils with rice) all time favorite of my family.
After lunch I napped for 2 hours. My husband came home with chicken at evening. I made tea for him. My daughter was cleaning his cupboard. Today she arranged her jewelry and make up. She did alot of work in cleaning her cupboard and drawers. Her room was massy since one month and finally she cleaned it.
At evening rahima with her sister went to a girls party of their friends. I merinated chicken for steem roast. I prepared it for dinner. After dinner I watched last episode of TV show kerulus Usman. Now it night and have to sleep.
