How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful comment contest of the healthy Steem community. Thank you @hive-168205 for organizing such a beautiful event.

In my opinion, the most common health complaint is no. Because by general we mean something good. Health preoccupation refers to how much I care about my health. Not everyone is health conscious. So they have disease in their body, so to speak, they are unfit. A healthy person moves and spends the day well. Where health is the root of happiness. So an unhealthy person must take care of their health. Otherwise, happiness will not be the root. If money is lost, it can be recovered sometimes, but if health is lost, it cannot be found again.

So apart from exercising daily, you should eat healthy food and move as per routine. Only then will health be the root of happiness.
