"How do you fight fatigue"

How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Healthy Steem community. This contest name is "How do you fight fatigue".

🫤 How do you fight fatigue?

There is no such person who is not tired. We all get tired more or less, some feel tired from work, play, mentally, etc., but how I deal with this tiredness is given below.

  • Usually, when I am tired, I bathe and freshen up.

  • Eating something sweet gives me instant energy, such as dates. I often eat this when I am tired.

  • Getting enough sleep is a good way to relieve fatigue.

  • I deal with fatigue by eating enough food or drinking water.

  • Complete rest This quickly relieves fatigue.

🫤 What activity causes you the most fatigue?

I describe some of the things I do daily. I work in the office in the morning, and when I come home in the evening, I go shopping, I have to see my family and take care of them. Moreover, I exercise. However, these tasks do not tire me out that much.

I get tired of making difficult family decisions. This happens to me every day. Besides, I can get rid of the tiredness I feel during my daily work in an instant, but the feeling of tension fatigue remains with me every day.

🙂 When you sleep, do you wake up feeling energetic or tired?

Yes, when I sleep, I regain energy. But not all sleep is the same. Where can I say, I normally need 8 hours of sleep, but if this sleep is continuous, I wake up with energy even though I am tired. But if during these 8 hours of sleep, I wake up again and again and sleep like this, then my sleep remains incomplete and such broken sleep cannot convert me into energy. So the special factor in sleep depends on the time that is regained in energy. If sleep is good, the body regains energy.

🙂 What do you do to get rid of fatigue?

There are many things you can do to get rid of fatigue, which are given below.

  • If you want to get rid of fatigue immediately, you should take rest and drink water. Because when there is a shortage of water in our body, the body feels tired.

  • You should eat protein-rich foods, such as milk, bananas, nuts, etc., as energy comes to the body immediately.

  • Keeping yourself fresh is a great way. Taking a bath can help you get rid of fatigue a lot.

  • Sleep helps us get rid of fatigue the fastest.

  • When we are tired, staying in a cold place can help us get rid of fatigue.

🙂 How do you think fatigue affects your health?

Fatigue affects our health in many ways. Below are some of the reasons.

  • It usually prevents me from getting enough sleep. It prevents me from sleeping properly due to depression.

  • It takes away energy from the body which makes me weak very quickly and then I feel powerless.

  • Besides, there is no room for listening to good things. My mood is very bad and I am angry.

  • It creates a reluctance to work which prevents me from working in many ways.

  • Due to fatigue, I do not take care of my body day after day I myself suffer from this disease and become mentally ill.

I like the way you deal with fatigue. In particular, the dry fruits program is commendable becoz it is a solution with good munching. ...the way you elaborate and give solutions to the problem is really intriguing...best of luck for the contest. thanks for mentioning me .
