In most cases, heart attacks occur at night. Following are the symptoms of a heart attack
A lot of pain is felt in the middle or left side of the chest.
Sometimes the chest feels heavy and feels a lot of pressure on the chest.
This pain can be felt in both hands, neck, and back of the chest, especially the left hand will feel more pain.
Upper abdominal pain can also be a symptom of a heart attack in many cases.
It can also cause problems such as excessive sweating, shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting, dizziness, loss of consciousness etc.

Avoid eating oily and fatty foods, and always eat a balanced diet. Stay away from junk food. It is very important to exercise daily. As well as being free from anxiety and stress at all times.
Checkup once every year and follow the doctor's advice

Heart attack is very deathly and we should be very careful base on the things we do because stock leads to death

It is definitely true that unhealthy lifestyle can trigger this condition in a person. So, in order for us to stay free from it, one of the major steps to take is eating and living heathy to maintain a healthy heart.
