What do you understand by bloating?

We have a lot of food lists every day, but eating unhealthy food and adulterated food can cause stomach bloating or flatulence. Then we feel pain or discomfort in the stomach. Those foods are not digested properly in our stomachs.

And then our stomach becomes bloated and swollen due to not digesting them. Also, if there are germs in the food or some people have congenital digestive problems this is called stomach bloating or flatulence.

write some causes of bloating.

Below are some reasons for bloating or stomach bloating.

  • If we do not eat our food on time, the stomach swells due to indigestion.

  • When we eat more than what we need, it causes indigestion in the stomach and causes bloating.

  • In the case of diabetic patients, this bloating is often more common. Because if their diabetes is not controlled, they have gas in their stomach and they feel full all the time. Then they do not feel like eating anything.

  • If there are germs in the food, then eating that food or eating stale food causes stomach pain along with upset stomach, then gas in the stomach and if it is excessive, vomiting occurs.

  • If there is constipation, diarrhea or worms in the stomach, indigestion occurs. This causes bloating.

Give some home remedies to cure bloating.

There are many home remedies for bloating or flatulence, which are discussed below.

  • If you drink a cup of hot water with a few drops of mint leaf juice and a pinch of honey, your bloating or flatulence will go away in no time.

  • Ginger has many properties, but if you eat it in pieces, it removes incredible gas and it can cure indigestion quickly.

  • Although it may seem counterintuitive, drinking a glass of hot water with lemon juice can easily get rid of bloating.

  • Chewing fennel seeds and eating them will help relieve bloating. However, if you mix fennel seeds in a glass of hot water and eat them, your bloating will go away quickly. It works quickly.
