What do you understand by bloating?

According to me, generally eating oily food leads to bloating. This is what we call bloating. In fact I think this is not a good sign at all for our health. Nowadays, this problem of people has gone to a common stage. Most people don't feel hungry due to bloating and suffer from various gas related problems afterwards.

So we should change our food habits. Avoiding activities that cause bloating problems. We usually think of bloating as a feeling of fullness or tightness in the stomach. which is caused by gas in our stomach or by the relaxation of the stomach wall.

Bloating can happen to people for a variety of reasons. I have already presented that if we can manage our lifestyle and diet in a proper manner then we will get rid of this problem. Still, due to some of our mistakes, we end up with the health problem called bloating. Below I am presenting some of the causes of bloating.

  • Eating too much salted food : If we add a lot of salt to our diet then our body starts to store excess water along with our hormonal changes. As a result of which our stomach becomes swollen.

  • Constipation : We know that not drinking enough water in our daily diet can lead to constipation. And because of this, the problem of bloating is in our body.

  • Eating too much oily food : Too much oil in food is not good for our health in any way. Especially the foods fried in oil are very harmful to our body. This results in various physical problems starting from flatulence.

  • Stress : The monthly stresses and worries of our lives have a great impact on our body. This is because it directly affects our digestive system which is one of the causes of bloating.

Give some home remedies to cure bloating.

According to me we should take stomach bloating very seriously and definitely manage our daily diet in consultation with a doctor. But if we can adopt some home remedies to cure this swelling, then we can get rid of the abdominal swelling. I am presenting below some home remedies to cure stomach bloating.

  • Chewing food : We often overeat delicious food which leads to problems later. In this case we should eat in small quantities and chew the food properly. Because the stomach starts flatulence without chewing the food.

  • Avoiding air intake in the stomach : We often chew gum, drink carbonated drinks. Which is when we eat air goes into the stomach or air enters the mouth. Which later causes digestive problems and gas in the stomach. So it is best not to eat food while chewing gum and talking.

  • Drink more water and eat fiber rich foods : One of the ways to prevent bloating is to drink more water and add fiber to our daily life. By doing this gas problem will get rid of the constipation. And the bloating of the stomach will be removed.

  • Avoiding fried food with excess oil : The main reason for flatulence is the use of excess oil in our diet. Excess oil in the diet increases the fat in our body which marks bad cholesterol. As a result of which, starting from flatulence, the blood pressure rises and later we suffer from heart disease. Therefore, if you want to prevent flatulence, you should avoid foods that contain excess oil.
