Dengue | Dengue Awareness Challenge
Cordial greetings to all!
Today I am very happy to participate in the " Dengue | Dengue Awareness Challenge" contest on Healthy Steam again. I would like to participate in the contest prepared by @ahsansharif, which is mentioned below for my participation.Today, by participating in this contest, I will present various informative information including the causes of dengue fever and ways to get rid of it, which many people may benefit from reading.
✅What is Dengue? |
---|
When a mosquito carrying dengue fever bites a human, the infection of dengue is transferred to the human body. Most of the time, persons with severe dengue can be treated at home with painkillers and decongestants, although hospitalization is nearly always required for those with high fevers.
✅What are the three symptoms of Dengue explain it. |
---|
High Fever:
Usually, the intensity of fever is up to 104° Fahrenheit or 40° Celsius, which can lead to problems like dehydration due to the body being too hot.
Muscle, bone, or joint pain:
This pain is brought on by the inflammation that the virus has caused. Even though there are no actual fractures, it can be so bad that it seems like the bones are breaking.
Skin Rash:
One common sign of dengue fever is a skin rash. It is a rash with small red spots that do not go away even when pressure is applied. It may remain even after the fever subsides and may be itchy or painless.
✅How does Dengue affect our lives? |
---|
Dengue fever not only causes physical problems but also damages us mentally, weakening our human brain in such a way that it breaks the spirit of not only the patient himself but also the family members who are with him. Not only that, it also affects our finances because dengue treatment often requires a lot of money. If it is in dire circumstances, then keeping the patient in the hospital for a long time and undergoing treatment costs a lot.
✅How to prevent Dengue? |
---|
Prevent mosquito bites to prevent dengue sickness. In this situation, we can protect ourselves from mosquitoes by wearing long sleeves, using insect repellents outside, and using mosquito nets when we sleep at night or during the day. Maintaining a clean home and surrounding area is also crucial because these areas are where mosquitoes begin to grow. Another aspect of prevention can be getting vaccinated as prescribed by a physician.
I would like to invite my Steemit friends @m-fdo, @rashidaakter, and @caringmanasseh to participate in this contest.
