How often do you eat fast food, and why?

Fast food is a type of food that has become very popular these days. Fast food shops can be seen at every corner of the road. Now, these shops have started online delivery to attract their customers. Due to this many of them have become addicted to fast food.
Maximum fast-food shops do not follow hygiene rules. They only prepare their food with the priority of taste.
I am a health-conscious person. I never like fast food but sometimes there are situations where I have to rely on fast food.
So, I can say that although I personally dislike fast food, I have to eat fast food at least once a month. However, I try to avoid that food as well.

What are your favorite fast Foods? Tell us about them.

I usually avoid fast food. Even then, if I have to eat, I like to eat pizza and chicken burgers. These foods are very delicious. When I eat pizza or burgers, I don't even think that the foods are harmful to me. These items are arranged in fast food shops in such a way that I feel greedy just by looking at them. Moreover, the presentation of burgers and pizzas fascinates me. But considering my health, I forbid mayonnaise or cheese while eating them or ordering them.

What do you think are the biggest health risks associated with fast food?

No matter how healthy it may seem to eat fast food, some items in this food pose a threat to our health. The health risks associated with regular fast food in particular are: -

Obesity or weight gain: -
Fast food often contains calories, unhealthy fats, and sugar. On the other hand, it is comparatively low in essential nutrients and fiber. If these complex foods are eaten excessively or regularly, they result in excess calorie intake, which leads to obesity and weight gain, which is harmful to our health.
Cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure: -
Many fast foods contain high levels of saturated or trans fats, due to which the level of bad cholesterol can increase. At the same time, the level of good cholesterol can be reduced. In this situation, the risk of increasing the level of cardiovascular disease and stroke in the body increases.
Diabetes: -
Fast food often contains refined carbohydrates and excess sugar, which increases the level of sugar. Over time, this level turns towards diabetes.
Digestive problems: -
Consuming too many processed foods reduces the presence of fiber, which causes digestive problems. When digestive problems become severe, various health problems, including loss of appetite, occur.
Liver problems: - Consuming high-fat foods causes fatty liver. Its oxidation paves the way for long-term diseases.
In addition, eating too much fast food can cause cancer.
Mental health problems can be faced.
There is an opportunity to develop addiction and unhealthy food habits.

Do you believe fast food can be made healthier? If yes, how?

In other words, everything is possible if you try. Yes, unhealthy fast food can definitely be made healthy. For example: -
Grilling all the fast food that has to be fried reduces unhealthy fats, which is beneficial for health.
Air frying or baking reduces trans fats rather than frying, which is beneficial for health.
Cooking fast food with high-quality and healthy ingredients will make the entire dish healthier.
Preparing these foods with health in mind often increases the taste of the mouth and also causes less harm to health.
