Some of the common herbal ingredients of each country are used by our early people to cure diseases in ancient times. As you said these Unani and Ayurvedic medicines in Pakistan are made of herbal ingredients. This treatment cures the disease but it is important to know about its correct use and dosage. Herbal ingredients were the only way to cure diseases in ancient times. Many still use this herbal ingredient.

I think in time past these ancient medicines were really beneficial to them seeing that they had no hospitals, today these medicines are useful and still available for use depending on your choice but I think what should come to play now is moderation.
