First of all, I would like to thank the #HealthySteam community for starting this contest.

I want to invite some friends before I starts my post @jyoti-thelight mam,@avinashgoyal bhaiya and @pandora2010 I hope you all share your post also thank you.

☞What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?☜

I always drink a glass of warm water before breakfast, which is very beneficial for my health. After that, eat soaked gram and wheat every day. By eating this daily, our health is also good, and we do not get dizzy. Soaked grains and wheat contain a lot of protein.

Apart from this, I also eat an almond every morning in cold weather. Almonds are harmful in the summer, so they should only be eaten in cold weather.

I eat a glass of milk and a banana every day.
Which is very good for health and gives a lot of strength to the body.

☞What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?☜

I always sleep straight. Due to sleeping straight, there is no pain in the hands or feet, and digestion is always good. I sleep straight, so my hands and feet never hurt, and my mind remains calm. If sleep is complete, then there is no headache. We should always sleep for 7 to 8 hours.

☞What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?☜⁠

I wake up every morning and go for a walk. By walking in the morning, our body remains active, and we are not lazy. After that, I drink a glass of hot water and do yoga. Yoga should be done by all of us daily, but it is necessary to do it daily for at least 15 min only.Many diseases can be helped and cured by practicing yoga. Respiratory disease, brain disease, or anything else is cured by the intoxicant of yoga. I am also a yoga student myself, so I definitely do daily yoga, even if I do it for 15 minutes. It is a part of my daily work.

☞What do you do for mental fitness?☜⁠

Along with being a yoga student, I am also a meditation student. I go out every day in the evening for an hour, during which I meditate for an hour. By meditating peacefully, our mind always remains calm, and our mental health is also good. I'm so glad that I am associated with Anand Marg School, which is famous for yoga and meditation. There we are taught new yoga, Surya Namaskar, and meditation rules.
My mental health has improved a lot with meditation, so I do it daily in the evening when I am free.

I like your diet and your meals which include very healthy and nutritious foods like nuts and milk as well as I really love bananas and I am happy that you like bananas as well as milk everyday to eat and they both are very healthy but one thing I want to say about bananas is that if we eat banana everyday then it can also make us obese if we eat more than two bananas everyday but over all they are very healthy but also cause weight gain and if I talk about your sleeping then according to me and according to my knowledge I think sleeping should not be like this to life straight and it should be to life at right side

Hola, el agua de trigo, de avena, limpia, desintoxica, es fabulosa pero como todo hay que controlar su ingesta.Las almendras y otros frutos secos aparte de ricos mejoran mucho el colesterol y estreñimiento perfecto .

Dormir las horas correctas, la meditación , caminar, esos hábitos me dicen que eres muy saludable, estás ganando años, bien por ti.
