Sending love and best wishes to all steemit family. Welcome to my post. I am doing well guys. What about you ? I am sure that you all friends also doing well. With the mercy of Allah we are all happy in our life. We are thankful to Allah for his blessings . My respected and honourable ma'am @suboohi hosted a contest which is about bloating. I am grateful to her for giving the opportunity to share my knowledge about bloating. So lets start the post.
What do you understand by bloating? |

- Bloating is a condition where our belly feels full and tight. It is a common digestive issue in which we feel our abdomen is swell , tight and uncomfortable. I face this problem because of constipation. I have been suffering from this condition from several months now . It is very discomfort condition in which I always feel my belly is extremely full and it causes pain in abdomen. It is bad when I feel fullness in the abdomen. It is irritating. The belly becomes bigger than usual. Abdomen makes a gurgling and other different noises. As the day passes my belly is becoming bigger day by day.
My belly is full of gas and when our abdomen is full of gas then where and how we will digest the food ? When , I eat food when the belly is already full with gas , it feels like it is going to burst. It causes too much pain even that I can not stand straight. It is hard time for me when In the evening I feel my belly is full and tight. In a week I spent my four days struggling with bloating and the other days are bit better.

It can be caused by many factors , adding :
- Constipation. It is the major cause of my bloating condition. Eating junk food which can cause gas or bloating. Lack of walking and exercise. Hormonal Changes and slowed digestion ,Irregular diet , dairy products , overeating junk food and lack of sleep. Lack of drinking water. The cold drinks (soft , alcohol drinks) , nausea and vomiting. Eating chewing gum is also the cause of bloating. Swallowing air , stress and anxiety are also the cause of bloating. Lack of fiber diet. Three to four years ago when I was quite fine I definitely eat fast food once or twice in a week. I also eat chewing gums daily. I like to eat fast food , fries and other unhealthy food like snacks.

Because , all of this, I have suffered from this condition. Its my own mistake due to my irregular and unhealthy diet. But now my doctor has strictly forbidden me from eating all these things. She has strictly warned me, and now when I have discomfort and feeling tightness in my belly, I also avoid eating these things. Now I do not even feel like eating, nor does my heart desire to eat anything. Now the whole day passes by and I do not even feel hungry. This is my condition now a days.

These are some tips to cure this frustrating condition :
- Proper walk and regular exercise. Avoid eating fast and fried food.
- Increase fiber diet specially in the afternoon lunch.
- Drinking plenty of water. I also drink one glass of warm milk before going to sleep.
- I made chutney with fresh mint , green coriander , green chilli , cumin , pomegranate seeds , garlic and salt. These are all ingredients give potential benefits to us.
- I often use Isabgol husk in warm (neem) milk.
- Herbal teas are also play potential role in this problem. I made herbal tea with one tea spoon of organic coriander seeds , cumin seed , fennel seed , three black peppercorn crush these ingredients lightly. Then add small piece of ginger in it then crush again. Put the pan on fire add three cups of water then add these ingredients in this water. Then cook it . Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Then turn off the flame and cover it with a lid for tree minutes. Then drain it in a beautiful cup and enjoy the herbal tea.
- Moreover , consult with a doctor. My doctor advised me a proper diet plan , exercise and I also use some medicines for this problem.
