Every person likes to eat some vegetables. Every person has some favorite vegetables. I also have some of my own favorite vegetables. Vegetables are very beneficial for our health.

What are the two most useful fresh vegetables in your area?

Many types of vegetables are available in our country, Bangladesh, which is a land of six seasons.Among them, I will highlight tomatoes and beans through this contest today.I myself like to eat these two vegetables. Both are very cheap and easily available.So I chose tomatoes and beans.

How do these vegetables help our health?

Let's know the benefits of tomatoes:-

  1. Increases immunity : Tomatoes contain vitamin C, which increases immunity and reduces stress hormones. Regular consumption of tomatoes increases the body's energy and keeps the body healthy.

  2. Eliminates anemia: Tomatoes eliminate anemia in the body. Regular consumption of tomatoes increases the number of blood cells in the body, which eliminates anemia. Therefore, one or two tomatoes should be eaten regularly.

  3. Skin cleanser: Lycopene in tomatoes is a good ingredient for cleansing the skin. Lycopene keeps you healthy and fresh.

  4. Beneficial for bones: Tomatoes contain a lot of vitamin K and calcium. Which play an important role in bone formation.

  5. Cholesterol control: Tomatoes contain vitamin A, vitamin B and potassium. Which controls cholesterol and at the same time helps in reducing blood pressure.

  6. For diabetic patients: :Tomatoes contain a type of mineral called chromium. This chromium controls blood sugar, which is beneficial for diabetic patients.

  7. others: In addition, tomatoes also contain minerals like folate, iron, magnesium, choline, copper, and phosphorus.

  1. Control of blood cholesterol: Beans contain dietary fiber which controls blood cholesterol levels.

  2. Antioxidant: Beans are a vegetable rich in antioxidants. It helps in reducing aging.

  3. Helps in weight loss: Beans contain fiber and fiber keeps the stomach full for a long time. When the stomach is full, the tendency to eat decreases, thus controlling weight.

  4. Diabetes Control: Beans are slowly digested. Beans control blood glucose levels. Therefore, they are a beneficial vegetable for diabetic patients.

  5. Prevents anemia: The iron in beans helps in producing hemoglobin in the body. Hemoglobin eliminates anemia in the body.
