What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Aging is a biological process of getting old. It is most probably occurs when the regeneration or repair of cell is declined as it is repaired infinite times. At cellular level it is characterized by delayed or declined repairing the dead cells. It is usually seen in the adulthood mostly in the age of 30 and so on.... .

Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

As I'm in the grooming age now so I have no idea about feelings of the aged persons. But as much as I've experienced to see that the man persons are afraid to become old. According to their concepts I'm also afraid of aging. They use to say that aging is slowing down of body, aging snatches our strength and interest in many things. Old age tie us in many restrictions. So according to such dangerous characteristics of aging, I'm also afraid of the aging.

As we know that the aging is a biological process of slowing down of a body's biological process. So any biological process can be speed up by providing the required nutrients or food to the body. In the same way aging can also be reduced or prevent by providing some specific goods such as... Antioxidant rich foods: fruit and vegetables like Spanich, carrots and kale etc..... Fatty acid: fatty acid or fats that are mainly obtained from fish like salmon, mackerel etc and also from walnuts....... Protein rich foods: The food rich with protein such as poultry, fish tofu and beans etc.

Exercise is a very important phenomenon to maintain the body of an individual even in any era of the life. Some exercise are specifically used to reduce or prevent aging look in an individual. These exercise may include..... Strength training: it includes the exercises like weight lifting, resistance band exercise , body weight lifting exercises etc that increase or peer up the muscles in body mass .......... Yoga: it is a most relaxing and somehow difficult exercise. It keeps our body flexible , posture and balanced. It always gives a youthful look to a person. ..... HIIT: it is the internal body exercises it keeps our body parts in a normal range. It's a body resting period.
