Assalamu Alaikum all my dear friends. How are you all, I hope you are all doing well. Everyone is safe and taking care of health. Today I appeared in Healthy steem community to participate in morning walk and health competition. Hope we will benefit a lot from this competition and learn many healthy tips. For organizing such a beautiful competition I would like to thank firstly the organizer of this competition @khursheedanwar brother who has organized such a beautiful competition for us. So how are you all Alhamdulillah everyone is very well of course I am also Alhamdulillah. Today the topic of this competition is why walking in the morning makes us healthy? It is really a very effective subject and is closely related to our life.
How morning walk makes your health great?

A morning walk should be more or less for all of us. By doing this, our body is good and we can live a healthy life. If we walk twice a day in the morning and afternoon, it increases blood circulation in our body. Because when we lie down and do not walk, we will feel joint pain in different joints of our body, the whole body will become different diseases. This is because we will not have blood circulation inside our body due to which we will face various difficulties. Regularly if we can walk twice a day it will maintain our health weight and our mind will be refreshed. Regular morning walk is very good for the heart and very useful for diabetic patients. Walking may also contribute to reducing the risk of certain cancers. This morning and afternoon walk has a positive effect on our mental health. Regular morning walks can also solve our irregular sleep problems. When our body is very tired after a morning walk, the lack of sleep we have is very good. Those with heart disease should walk less as it may cause damage to their heart. Regular morning walk can also protect the body balance. We can get healing from the pain we feel in the joints of our body.

How much morning walk is part of your routine.

I want my husband and in-laws along with my family to go for a morning walk every morning. Because my mother-in-law is diabetic. As my husband feels physical pain to lose weight I also feel physical pain to reduce these diseases so we all want regular morning walk together. It is a part of routine in my daily life. I think morning walk should be a part of routine in everyone's life. By this we all will be healthy and we will be able to feel the physical health of our life. I prayed Fajr in the morning and we all went out for a walk. As we all have our own work, we cannot give much time. I try to spend two to three hours every day for this morning walk.
