Holla creative Steemians and welcome to another exciting contest week brought to us by Healthy Steem on a topic that concerns our health.

There's a saying that goes health is wealth and consuming the right diet keeps you healthy and makes the hospital your enemy. I will like to share with us all about my health.

Your diet

Well i don't have a daily routine diet though there's a particular diet i eat after every two days and it is called local salad. which comprises of different vegetables and i make sure i eat it at least twice a week and today happens to be the day i make my local salad and the ingredients includes

  • cabbage
  • lettuce
  • carrot (optional)
  • tomatoes
  • onion
  • garden eggs
  • ground/powder groundnut cake (kuli-kuli)
  • pepper/ maggi and salt.

The water you drank

As we all know water is a very important and vital requirements in our daily lives and as such it is advice we consume nothing less than 2littres of water daily.
Water helps to reduce dehydration and reduce toxic waste in our system..

I usually drink 2 Glass cup of water first thing in the morning and i drink again in the afternoon and before going to bed.
i usually ensure i drink water first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed.

The exercise you did

Exercise doesn't necessarily mean going to the Jim for workouts or jogging it could also be a form of walking a distance.

i usually take a long walk especially in the evening or morning when the sun is down.
this helps me burn fats and reduce waste. and i do this as a daily routine. i ensure i take a walk every day most especially on my way to school.

or i exercise by climbing up a mountain this also is another form of exercise i engage myself in and in.

What you did to relax

Relaxation does usually occur when a person is tired. relaxation is done to calm the nerves and help you think properly.

for me i usually go to the beach to relax or i climb up a hill or mountain were i have a view of the trees and view of the landscape from above. doing this especially during weekends helps me relax from weekly activities and prepare for the new week.

Relaxation serves me a lot of inspirational ideas.

The pain or tiredness you felt.

It is normal that at every point in time we get tired in one way or the other as a result of the activities we do. even machine at some point get tired and exhausted

Everyday i engage myself with one activity or the other and i usually get tired.

I discovered that everyday you do a little work out, eat balanced diet and take fruits or vegetables and lots of water the body is healthy and free from any sickness.
