Boosting your blood level.

I discovered recently that I keep feeling dizzy almost all the times. Sometimes I end up missing my steps while working as a result of it. Sometimes I have to pause and rest for 2-5mins if am walking or working. These has actually been going on since last week. I felt it's because I over stressed myself with work, so I took some days off to rest but I kept on experiencing same dizziness coupled with weakness.

So I spoke to my friend about it and she asked when I treated malaria last and I told her last month. Because last month I treated typhoid and malaria. So she suggested that I go to lab to check my blood level and blood pressure. Same advice was given to me when I told another two friends and a pharmacist.

So I decided to take the test yesterday and it came out that my blood level is normal (35%) and from the result the blood level of a woman ranges from 35-47% for it to be seen as normal level. And mine is the exact starting point and as a woman am still going to loose blood this month. So I decided to eat something healthy.

So I remembered when we were little in the village with my mum, each time it's said that any of us is shorting blood, my mum will always prepare a particular vegetable soup for us the person to eat, she will do it maybe for 3 days and boom the blood level will up again. So I decided to use that method for myself.

It's is called natural blood tonic😁

Recipe:::
1: Pumpkin leave(vegetable)
2: periwinkle (isem)
3: crayfish (enough quantity)
4: oil bean (ugba)
5: dry fish (bonga fish)
6: sliced onion.

Procedure:

Put the periwinkle, crayfish,dry fish into the pot and pour a little water.
Then add salt, seasoning,pepper and little drop of red oil.
Cover and allow to boil till the dry fish becomes soft then add the oil bean and allow to steam for a minute. Then have a taste of you sauce. If okay and satisfying, pour in the vegetable and stir, cover the pot and allow to cook for 30sec then bring it down, your natural blood tonic is ready
You can server with either fufu,eba or semo😋😋

Do this recipe for three days and thank me later. You can as well add liver if you have the money to get it, its necessary. You will be shocked with fast increase in your blood level.
This is very delicious and satisfying, very natural.
