Headache is something that always tell us that our body needs rest because without rest and lack of sleep can give you headache.

What cause you headache primarily in your life?

I remember when my school was writing WAEC exams, the exams was everyday I normally didn't have time for myself even for my friends and those close to me, sometimes to even sleep at night is something hard for me because I will be reading for our students for the next day exams, due to my experience about headache lack of rest can cause headache because your body system always needs rest because the full day you have been stressing yourself and when it is night time you need to give your body system rest.

Lack of sleep too can cause headache, lack of rest in the brain because it is the brain that normally do the great things in our lives, so we all needs to give our brains rest because without brain rest you will fill a strong headache.

Overthinking can cause headache because you are not giving ur brain rest, some people will be thinking about what they will eat the next day morning, some people thinking has kill some people, no matter any condition you find yourself don't think at all because it very bad.

- What you do personally to get relief from headache?

For me I personally take my bath and sleep, some people will take drugs, it not everything headache that you are feeling will make you take drugs all you need to do is rest because when you sleep well the headache will relief you and you will see yourself strong.
