Establishing an continued pattern of sleep, minimizing nightly awakenings, and rising early emerge as salient directives. The multifarious advantages essential in such a regimen are readily apparent.

In my particular sleep regimen, I conscientiously adhere to specific principles. The practice of slumbering on the right flank is one similar tenet, aligning with the Sunnah as espoused by the Prophet within the Islamic tradition.
