Sore Eyes | Eye Strain or Irritation

How are you all? I hope that you are all fine and enjoying your life. Today I am participating in the contest organised by Dear @ahsansharif in the Steem For Pakistan community. I am thrilled to have participated in this contest. So without any further waste let's get into it. As this contest is about health like Eye so for participating in this I have to do a lot of research. So Let's begin.
If I talk about sore eyes is a condition in which the eyes become swollen and start to hurt a lot. There are a lot of causes for this condition like pollution smoke wind etc. and many others. In this condition we can also feel dryness and redness and if someone has this condition then they should not rub their eyes but the problem is this. But when someone gets this condition then they rub and rub their eyes which is not good and if they damage this more and more. Specifically in Spring this issue is very common but the problem arises when you wake up early in the morning and there is spring and you even can't open your eyes it is just due to this.
First of all those who are using small screens like cell phones for hours should reduce the screen time by optimizing it. Because in mobile they have to read a lot of texts and much more; for this they close their mobiles to their eyes which is very dangerous. Even though due to this most of the people can't do a good complete bed rest. Due to this condition headaches also come in their head. We can handle this problem by taking complete bed rest and drinking a lot of water to be hydrated. We should also take breaks and go outside from the room. We should walk play or do some exercise. We can also make lenses for our eyes which will help us from the dangerous rays of screens. Also try to increase the size of fonts and enable safe eyes mode in your mobile as this is very beneficial to those who use a lot of screens.
Some of the tips which I am giving to you all are that you should take a complete and proper bed rest. Also try to optimize the screen time and don't forget to drink black tea as this is very beneficial. Use screen protection but don't forget to increase the size of the fonts. If you are using a lot of screen time then you should use eye drops which will help you in this condition. I am also urging you to appoint a doctor for check-ups every week to maintain good health.
