It's me @mubashara from Pakistan. How are you I hope everyone is doing great. Today I'm going to be a part of this amazing contest which is organized by @suboohi in healthy steem community. And here is my entry for this contest. I hope you will like it.

what do you understand by means of bone health

Born helps means that our bones should be very healthy regarding of all the minerals calcium and vitamin D intake and all the essential nutrients that are required for the health of bone. As a doctor when a patient came to me first of all I examine their calcium and vitamin minerals level of their bones. Majority people have bone issue because of the osteoporosis or osteopenia these both are the bone regarding diseases and sometimes osteomalacia may also happens and rickets in the children's so it varies from age gender and many things. The strength of the moon is very essential because weakness of the ones also causes weakness of the muscles and overall leads to unhealthy lifestyle.

To check our bone health we should visit doctor after 6 months and check our vitamin and calcium level and we should take the supplements of calcium and vitamin D and other minerals according to our needs so that the deficiency did not be very chronic and we can cure them at their acute stages.

All these deficiencies makes the bone very brittle hard and also it causes osteoporosis in the woman and this causes a lot of disorders in the age. Bone Health must be good when it cannot be easily breakable and people did not experience much fractures.

what are the key factors and tips in mentaince of bone health

There are some key factors that I am giving as a doctor so that we can maintain our bone health:

1- First of all go and check your calcium and vitamin D level and start taking the supplements so that you can cope up with a cute deficiency.

2- Increase the milk consumption and other foods that are rich with calcium and minerals so that your body can cover all the needs.

3- Exercise daily also plays an important role in the bones health and it strengthens up the bone.

4- Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption because it has worst effect on our bones.

tell us about the food which help to keeps bone health.
  • All the foods that contain daily products such as cheese yogurt milk are very rich source of calcium and they keep our bone very strong.

  • Leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale also very good for our own health.

  • Fortified juices and cereals also play an important role and source of calcium.

  • Seafood including salmon and other fish liver are also rich source of vitamin D. And ultimately vitamin D play an important role in absorption of calcium so that both of them can make our bone very strong and we have lesser issue of Bones.
