what do you understand by means of Anemia

Anemia is basically the deficiency of blood in the human body as a doctor let me explain you how this deficiency came in the human body. First of all as we all know that our diet and nutrition is not good in these days that's why we are taking low iron in our diet and the amount of iron that goes into our body is very insufficient for the body also people have a myth that in India is basically iron deficiency but a long with the iron it also have some vitamins including vitamin B12 and folic acid and vitamin C deficiency which altimately a combination that leads to anaemia.

When our body did not produce sufficient iron, the major role of iron is that it combines the hemoglobin with the oxygen molecule in our body hemoglobin is basically him which is a element of our human body which give red colour to our red blood cells and also it helps in combining the oxygen with the hemoglobin then they works correctly.
But when our body did not produce sufficient iron so that the oxygen carrying capacity of hemoglobin reduces then our blood cells which is basically RBC is produced in lesser amount and ultimately after this whole process our body did not have sufficient amount of blood which alternative leads to the hair fall, pale skin and nails which are the basic symptoms of anaemia.

causes

The causes of the of anemia varies from person to person but the major cause of the anaemia is iron deficiency which comes from our nutrition and imbalanced diet so let me explain some major causes of anemia here:

  • Malnutrition
  • Blood loss due to certain reasons
    *If a disease occur that body start destroying his own cells

Prevention

Prevention of anaemia includes following things:

  • First of all we should done our CBC test which is complete blood count after 3 months regularly so that we can check our iron and other elements level in the body and we can overcome if it is happening at the acute stage anaemia.

  • We should take our diet very seriously and include leafy green vegetable and all the meet and fish liver which is enrich with iron and eat it twice or thrice a week.

  • When we are above 30 of age we should take iron supplements once a year so that it completely recover the deficiency of our body and also we should take multivitamins with is prescribe by our nutritionist and a dermatologist.

  • We must be very careful if any sort of bleeding is happening in the body due to any infection or anything else before a lot of blood discharge out we should go to a physician and take a particular advice.

it is true that the causes of anemia can vary from person to person, since not all of us are the same nor do we have the same genetics, some of us can suffer from anemia simply because of heredity or bad habits in our lives.
