Currently, summer season is going on in other countries including Pakistan, heat stroke is caused due to intense heat.The overheating of the sun and the temperature rise due to hot winds is called heat stock.When our body temperature rises, we don't sweat, which causes heat stroke. Heat stroke is more common in hot areas.When heat stroke progresses, it becomes difficult to control because our body temperature is not at a moderate level.

There are many symptoms of heat stroke but I would like to share a few with you.

Heat rash on the body

When the body temperature rises, we suffer from heat stroke, which causes sweat not to be produced and absorbed within our body.They are substances to the extent that they start reacting on the body as soon as they are in our body.Due to which heat rash starts forming on the body which is sometimes very dangerous for us.

A major symptom of heat stroke is headache, but the headache is not necessarily due to heat stroke, it can also be due to the weakness of our body, lack of calcium iron, etc.When we suffer from a stroke, the whole body aches and fatigue becomes debilitating.

Dry skin

Another major cause of heat stroke is when our body is out of balance, we get dry skin.Due to lack of sweating, the outer layer of our body becomes rough and dry to such an extent that the existing sweat glands become overwhelmed and lose the ability to secrete sweat that our body produces. We should not take heat stroke so lightly as it can be very dangerous for us.The following medical aid should be provided to a heat stroke patient:

Provide cool environment for heat stroke patients Avoid hot air

Ambulance should be ready for such patients who should use an umbrella while going out of the house

Place the heat stroke patient in a position where his body balance is moderate, with the legs up and the head down,So that the blood flow to the heart cannot be increased

Apply cold water on the body of such patients and keep the fan running continuously on them

Such patients should not be allowed to work hard and cover their head with a cloth
