A healthy food weekly contest has come to stay and now we are in season 3, it is another way to motivate users to make positive changes in their diet and lifestyle. We are in healthy food contest week 3. I am organizing this contest so I can help promote healthier eating habits and encourage users to make better choices when it comes to their nutrition.

In this challenge, you are to show us the food to eat at home, either you prepare it yourself or you bought it at any eateries.
Mention the amount of money both in your local currency and steem price that you spend in preparing your healthy food,

You will need to show us the steps you use in preparing your healthy meal that is if you prepare it yourself.

If you purchase it, show us the location of the restaurant, fastfood or any eateries.
