By following the right diet chart, excess weight can be controlled through calorie maintenance, physical exercise. However, the person who wants to control weight must be mentally prepared, avoid fast food, avoid excess sugar or sweet foods. Weight loss can be done by making lifestyle changes.

Hormonal problems can lead to various problems. Such as PCOS type problems, this problem is usually in the case of overweight or underweight, hormonal imbalance occurs when eating less. In this situation, if one fasts intermittently, it creates health problems.
Intermittent fasting is not only suitable for long-term health. In addition to intermittent fasting, it is important to take a balanced diet, such as the amount of protein, sugar, fat, vitamins, minerals, etc. in the diet chart.
