I think yes, I think you shouldn't self-experiment at all unless your doctor tells you to. If you have an illness or some kind of health problem, I don't think it's a good idea to play with your weight on your own.This can put your life at risk without consulting a doctor. I have seen many people playing with their weight. And some people increase it if they are underweight, so they don't know about their weight is better according to their age, so I think you shouldn't make any assumptions on your own. I have seen people go to the hospital because of their strange experiment .
I am not against this thing nor am I saying that intermittent fasting is bad or that you should not do it at all. I must say because I am looking at the trend of today, so I am surprised because when you open YouTube, open Tik Tok or use anything, you find new videos with countless remedies or videos to increase views.The fact is that they don't know you, they don't know what age the people watching our videos are or their weight, whether it's okay to be fat or thin when you don't. If you do not know about your health problems of yours, then the prescriptions are not made for you.

Yes if it were me then I would say you can apply it but sometimes and only when you know your health better and secondly you know how long you can do it? . You should consult your doctor because you should know how important fasting is sometimes because your body needs to be cleansed, but sometimes there are people who have a lot less weight than before. And their body doesn't need it. Sometimes, intermittent fasting can cause your blood level to drop completely and your BP to drop.
You open the internet and it's full of weight loss stories, lots of people talking about it. I heard an actor say if you put salt in your body for 24 hours. If you don't take it, you can reduce your weight by 3 kg. It was the best, but then I realized how much your BP can drop. There are many ways to do this Not that you lose weight, but you have to suffer a little. I think when you are fasting you should know how long you can stop yourself or how long you have to get the meal, but in this fasting, It is a little painful process, but after some time your body looks clean And if you don't need to, I don't think you need to experience anything like that.
