Hi, my friends how are you?.
Hope you are all well. I'm fine too. So today I have come to participate in this interesting competition for steemit Engagement Challenge presenting to you about the main factors of health. So it's a pleasure to participate in this wonderful competition. Today I am ready to share with you some very excellent facts on this topic. I will start my participation by thanking the Healthy Steem community who organized this wonderful competition.

👩‍💼 What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

Yes, I really think about my health all the time. So I always eat fruit. I know it's good because I eat fruit almost every day after meals. There are different types of fruits in our country. Among them, there are two types of fruits that I like the most and the most beneficial ones. So they are dragon fruit and waraka. And I know that when we eat out, it's best to eat low-fat foods. Of course, eating a balanced diet is very important.

I like to eat fruits and have protein as my main meal. Meats and beans are staples of my meals. The foods I eat most are very nutritious. All the diseases that affect our body can be caused by the food we eat. Cholesterol diseases will be caused by consuming oily food. We can reduce them by eating right. I have grown vegetables in my garden and eat a very nutritious diet using those vegetables in my daily meals.

We can stay healthy by eating nutritious fruits and nutritious food every day. Also, we can reduce our diseases by growing fruits and vegetables at home and eating them. Foods in the market are made harmful to the body by adding toxic pesticides. But almost all of us know that whatever we prepare at home is good for our body. Therefore, it is very important for us to live a safe life by taking our food properly to stay healthy.


👩‍💼 What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

I would like to say that the human body really needs a refreshing sleep. We always need sleep to stay healthy. Talking about my sleep pattern, I really like to say that my sleep pattern is not enough because I lead a very busy life. I actually work all day and get ready for bed around 11.30pm. After that I wake up around 5 am and go about my day. I know that's not really enough time for sleep. Actually, a human body needs at least 8 hours of sleep.

So I spend the whole week like that and only get enough sleep on the weekend. We have to work on a schedule to really improve them. We should schedule every activity and make time for sleep. It is very important for our body to drink water at night before going to bed and then to wake up in the morning. Also, before going to sleep, we should pray to our God to give us a good night's sleep. It is very important that we always get good sleep so that our body feels good. So I tell you again that it is very important to sleep for at least 8 hours.

👩‍💼 What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

Almost all of us know that our body needs exercise. Our body needs good food and sleep and sleep is necessary to stay healthy. It is very important to drink water and do exercise as soon as you wake up in the morning. You should engage in those activities even if it is for a small amount of time every day.

I exercise almost every day. Especially I do yoga. I exercise using different postures to keep our body in proper shape. Mainly I walk 2km in the morning. I always stay fit by giving my body some full workouts. And I use a few exercises every day that will work on a schedule. By working all the parts of our body all the time we can increase the resistance of the body.

Morning Exercise I exercise whenever I have free time. Because of the food we eat, our body always needs exercise to maintain our body properly. Walking is very important for the human body. I will show you some of my daily exercises.

👩‍💼 What do you do for mental fitness?

There are several activities that can be done to stay mentally healthy. Also, we are engaged in activities throughout the day and our mental state will work very hard. That's why I like to spend time with my pet fish at home. In all my free time, I look at the fish at the fish tank and relax my mental state. I would like to say that the fish tank is enough to keep us mentally healthy. I have heard that watching the fishes in action can ease all our problems and keep our minds very well. I will say that it gives me a very good energy.
