Contest - My day with my four footed friend (6) First Snowy Day

Winter has arrived here as well, аnd what to do besides taking a stroll with my little friend outside))) Here's a bit more about him. A year ago, I found him wandering the streets, and took him in with the intention of finding him a loving home. Throughout the years, I've looked after numerous dogs and cats, offering them a temporary sanctuary for no longer than three months. Nevertheless, he stands out as the initial small dog I welcomed into my life, tipping the scales at a mere 6 kilograms.

Despite my efforts to find him a home through organizations in Germany, the war situation in Ukraine shifted priorities, leaving Bulgarian animals in need on the sidelines. For now, we are living together, and thankfully, I have a friend who takes care of him and her dog when I travel. The two of them are inseparable - like a love story in the making 😍

He loves chasing hedgehogs when he sees them or when I ask him to search for something. It's the best way to distract him from his constant search for food, a habit he picked up as a former stray.

Our walk took place in one of the city parks. He ran, searched for playmates, chased snowballs, and didn't let others pet him 😃

He added a splash of color to nature... Just a reminder - Don't eat yellow snow 🤪

When you're surrounded by children and animals, witnessing the joy in their eyes, even the coldest weather becomes bearable. 🥰
